Intuitive Therapeutic Massage is a blend of deep tissue, myofascial release, Trigger Point Releasewith an Intuitive approach. Light, medium, or deep pressure will be applied to loosen tight muscles, stimulate circulation in the body, and provide relaxation. Make sure to communicate with your therapist, so that pressure during the massage can be comfortable for your needs. This treatment is unique, allowing your therapist to tune into your body, listening to its needs.  If you are seeking vigorous, full body deep tissue work, I recommend looking for studios that offer sports massage, as I tend to use deep tissue techniques in more focused ways, and as much as your body will allowmaking sure not to cause any more damage.
